No right or wrong way;
Life’s all about expansion.
We go with the flow.

Today we observed that when we get stressed out it’s because we’re more focused on what we want our experience to be, than we are on learning from our experience. We desire particular circumstances or a particular outcome. We become wrapped up in wanting and lose sight of being.

Those desires keep us living in some other life — one where we achieved the outcome we desired, or where everyone acted in the way which we hoped. When we live in that fantasy place, we cannot enjoy or learn from our real experience, and therefore we cannot truly expand who we are.

And we believe that expanding who we are is a big reason why we’re here on this planet.
