One hundred one days
Being and living awake. 
Joyful smile spreads wide.

Looking back at the past one-hundred days, I feel full, peaceful, and grateful.

It isn’t always easy being true to myself, but with the daily practice of nurturing my friendship with my soul, I feel alive and joyful. All is well.

I’m experiencing that when I live in line with my own values, my fear of the unknown takes a backseat. Nothing is more potent than the truth, and the power that comes from standing in one’s own truth is greater than any other kind.

Furthermore, through our Soul Play Family 365 Experiment, I’ve experienced that breaking away from certainty, conventional wisdom, and status quo does not lead to insecurity, danger, or failure. So far, I’ve experienced that when I step away from preconceived assumptions, rules and limitations that are often accepted by mainstream culture, I can live fully and freely because my creativity, authenticity and vitality can thrive in the open canvas.

In fact, the past one-hundred days have been the richest days of my life as I have lived true to what matters to me the most: my soul, my play and my family.
